Senior Merchandising Manager with a background in ecommerce site merchandising strategies / digital merchandising, shopper journey optimisation and site experience/site optimisation combined with a data centric background and understanding cultural nuances customer behaviours for global eCommerce and brand strategy is required to lead a team contribute to the ecommerce strategy and drive revenue growth opportunities and conversion driven website strategies is required by world leading high end international Omnichannel retailer focused on home and holiday decor.
The role focuses on DTC site merchandising for the European market and will involve launching new eCommerce websites in the Spanish and Italian markets, as well as expanding the core existing e-commerce sites in the UK, Germany, and France.
This role is based in Dublin 2 and will be hybrid, circa three days per week. Salary 90-118 Euros + Benefits + Bonus to 15% and will lead a small team of talented individuals to execute website merchandising strategies, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Key skills required will include the majority of
- Extensive experience in eCommerce site Merchandising / digital merchandising and driving revenue growth via website strategies
- Experience in site merchandising strategies in the context of seasonal go-to-market, and customer moments
- Site optimization / site optimisation: driving enhancements to site functionality, navigation, and visual merchandising presentation
- Defining & iterating on the on-site levers by investigating on-site behaviour
- Articulate and & act upon insights on Site Merchandising topics: managing roll-out and optimization of onsite tactics related to Ranking, Product Recommendations, Navigation.
- Experience in ecommerce best practices to deliver a best-in-class shopper experience/shopper journey, and customer purchase patterns and friction points
- Experience of evaluating site and consumer data to understand customer behavior, buying patterns, and trends.
- Proven experience in line management
- Strong experience in international web-based consumer behaviour and eCommerce KPIs
- Experience in working with Creative, UX/UI, Merchandising, and Product Management teams
- Strong presenter who can tell a story through data, communicating clearly and with confidence to all levels
