Senior Account Executive – AWS Partner

Senior Account Executive with proven background selling AWS and professional services from an AWS Partner background with a strong understanding of the AWS ecosystem and selling AWS professional services / ProServe, who thrives on pipeline development, hunting/winning new business and partnering closely with technical teams to deliver value-led cloud solutions, is required by an AWS Premier partner who is expanding into the US and hiring a greenfield team of exceptional talent.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on sales leader to join an ambitious, premier AWS partner that has signed a $1 billion strategic collaboration agreement with AWS to expand into the US and Europe.

📍 Hybrid – New York City (hybrid circa 2 days per week) |  Circa $125-$150k Base + OTE to $300k + Bens 

You’ll play a key role in driving the growth of new business in the AWS startups space. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with the backing of a consultancy that has already seen rapid success delivering DevOps, FinOps, and GenAI services to scaling tech companies.

The key skills the Senior Account Executive will bring:

  • Circa 4+ years plus of IT or SaaS sales, with a focus on startups or AWS cloud-native solutions.
  • Proven track record in selling AWS solutions and new Business development within the AWS ecosystem, for an Amazon partner.
  • Deep understanding of AWS cloud consulting or DevOps, or FinOps OR AI sales cycles.
  • Ability to sell to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Consultant Certification would be a plus. 
  • Based in NYC with the ability to work hybrid (2–3 days in-office/client meetings).

Key responsibilities as a Senior Account Executive include:

  • GTM for new logos and owning the full sales cycle for new AWS accounts.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of startup and scale-up clients.
  • Work closely with delivery and leadership to shape tailored client solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to CTOs and product/engineering leaders.
