You’ll play a key role in hunting for new logos in a new team, helping enterprise clients modernise their IT and business operations.
📍 Remote (Phoenix, AZ) – Must be located close to Phoenix
Salary $115-125k and Total Comp / OTE $230-250k + Bens
Key skills you will bring as an Enterprise Sales Exec
✔️ 5+ years of experience closing complex SaaS deals with enterprise-level IT or tech buyers
✔️ Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles and exceed quotas
✔️ Strong consultative selling skills and a strategic mindset
✔️ Excellent communicator comfortable engaging executive and technical audiences
✔️ Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, Highspot
✔️ Self-driven, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote setup
What You’ll Do as an Enterprise Sales Exec
🔹 Own the entire enterprise sales cycle – from pipeline to close
🔹 Create and execute territory and account plans to win new business
🔹 Run discovery-led product demos that align to client needs
🔹 Partner closely with BDRs, SEs, Marketing, and CS for a seamless buyer journey
🔹 Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
🔹 Negotiate commercial terms that align customer value with business outcomes
🔹 Stay on top of market trends, customer pain points, and competitors
