A Director of Channel Partnerships / strategic alliances is required who will serve as a strategic leader in building and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem for a fast-growing, global AI-powered SaaS platform transforming ITSM software/enterprise service management for thousands of customers worldwide. This is a new role as the company scales into the US.
Salary is to Circa $190-210 Base and OTE of $270-300k + Benefits. Based in the Atlanta, Georgia, or Phoenix, Arizona area.
What You Bring
✅ 8+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or channel leadership from a SaaS or enterprise software company
✅ Proven track record growing partner ecosystems and generating revenue via tech and channel partnerships
✅ Strong grasp of B2B SaaS GTM, enterprise software strategies and partner models
✅ Hands-on exceptional communicator, with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
✅ Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to drive a new team forward
✅ Bonus: Background in ITSM / IT Service Management Software
What You’ll Do
🔹 Define and execute the alliance and channel strategy across tech and GTM partners
🔹 Identify and onboard partners that align with our platform’s growth strategy
🔹 Drive enablement, training, and co-sell initiatives with internal teams and partners
🔹 Build revenue-generating programs and conduct QBRs to measure performance
🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, R&D and more to deliver joint success
