Account Executive with B2B SaaS sales background required to join a fast-growing, global SaaS technology company that’s transforming how organisations work through AI-powered Service Management solutions and expanding into the US market, to sell to new logo mid-market accounts.
Salary $90-100K Base Salary + Commission with OTE / total comp of $180-200 (US eligibility to work is essential)
This is a remote role, and but we are looking for someone based in the Phoenix / Scottsdale, Arizona area who will require travel to meet customers.
What we’re looking for in the Account Executive – SaaS:
🔹 3–5 years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales/business development experience selling to SMB
🔹 Experience managing fast-paced sales cycles (15–90 days), with a typical deal size of $10,000
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person
🔹 Confident negotiator, comfortable engaging IT, procurement, and senior stakeholders
🔹 Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or ZoomInfo
🔹 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
🔹 Background in working with or selling AI, ITSM, IT Infrastructure would be a plus
What you’ll do:

✅ Manage the full sales cycle — from lead, pipelining, prospecting to closing new logos
