SuccessFactors Project Manager with proven experience in Project Managing at least one full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR systems implementation combined with knowledge of Spanish Payroll systems implementation is required by a large world-leading HR technology consultancy to join their professional services/consulting team working at the forefront of SAP / SuccessFactors HR Digital cloud transformation and payroll systems.
 
This is a remote role or you can work hybrid if you like some office time from Madrid, Barcelona or Granada.  
 
Key skills required for the SuccessFactors Project Manager would include the majority of
  • Experience in project managing at least one end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HCM implementation / SAP HCM, including Spanish Payroll
  • Knowledge of SAP HR / SAP HCM Systems and Spanish Payroll processes – PY-ES
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, as both languages are used daily.
  • Ideally, with a recognised Project Management practitioner certification e.g. APM, Prince2, PMBoK
  • Experience working in consulting / professional services supporting customers through HCM implementation of Spanish and international projects
  • Sound experience in project management
  • Good knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present to customers and teams of all levels.
  • Experience in managing budgets up to circa 1m Euros
  • The role will involve some travel to client sites for meetings and workshops
The responsibilities for the Success Factors Project Manager would include
  • Project Management as part of the professional services team for the end-to-end project life cycle for Cloud HR / SAP SuccessFactors / SFSF projects, ensuring delivery by budget, timeline and the required quality standards to meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Project management best practice methodologies incorporating SAP's standards.
  • Managing project deliverables, scope and expectations. Actively communicates and engages with sponsors, Steering Committees and project Boards, upper management and executives.
  • Interfacing with all functional consultants and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management
  • Working closely and proactively with Resource Managers to ensure the allocation of resources to projects
  • Developing, tracking and developing detailed project plans, including schedules, cost estimates, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans
  • Making project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from others as needed
  • Communicating and reporting status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports and appropriate tools, Executive Briefings
  • Managing the project budget, working closely with the finance team to manage and report on financials – including estimates created during the bidding process, ongoing allocation of resources and the regular reporting of the state of the project financials
  • Monitoring project deliverables within the company's delivery model and contracted scope and ensuring deviations are identified and adequately managed using change control procedures as necessary.
