A Senior Salesforce Applications Specialist is required to join an innovative AI-driven SaaS scale-up that is transforming digital service management for organisations worldwide. You’ll take ownership of the Salesforce sales systems, applications, and automations that power Revenue Operations, helping to streamline processes and improve decision-making across the entire revenue lifecycle for a fast-growing international SaaS business.

CAD $120-140k Plus Benefits – Role is based in Toronto (4 days per week hybrid)

Key skills required for the Senior Salesforce Applications Specialist

  • 3–5+ years’ experience administering, managing, and customising Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of sales/revenue operations processes (lead generation, pipeline, forecasting, retention)
  • Experience with GTM technology stacks (CRM, MAP, CS platforms, analytics tools)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
  • Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and workflow solutions
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferred: high-growth SaaS experience, familiarity with AI-based automation platforms (e.g., Agentforce), Salesforce Flows, and tools such as Dealhub, Marketo, Gong, ZoomInfo, Spiff
  • Preferred: experience with integration platforms (Workato, Zapier) and relevant Salesforce certifications

What you’ll do as a Senior Salesforce Applications Specialist

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to create unified go-to-market processes
  • Analyse and optimise workflows for lead routing, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and customer lifecycle management
  • Design and maintain AI agents using Agentforce to automate tasks and deliver insights
  • Own and configure key business systems across the GTM function to meet evolving organisational needs
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new tools or features that enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee integrations to ensure reliable data flow and seamless automation across platforms
  • Maintain data quality, governance standards, and best-practice operating procedures
  • Build dashboards and reports to support KPI tracking and strategic planning
  • Produce documentation and deliver user training to support adoption and enablement
  • Lead system and process initiatives end-to-end, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
