SAP HCM consultant required to specialise in French payroll management, AMS / support, and configuration of French Payroll for their French accounts/customers, with skills in SAP PY support / AMS, payroll management and configuration with the ability to work with payroll execution/time processes and who can evaluate payroll schemas, and configurations for areas such as SAP HCM & Payroll configuration for business requirements, schemas, PCRs, wage type creation, basic pay configuration is required by large world-leading SAP partner.
For more experienced profiles, this role can be located remotely within Spain or Portugal or from the Granada, Spain office for those who need to develop their skills.
Experience and Skills required for the SAP Payroll Consultant – French Payroll would require :
- SAP Experience in French Payroll Management either for a French company or consultancy / payroll company
- Must have ability to perform configuration for SAP HCM Payroll (evaluation & schemas)
- SAP HCM Experience in French Payroll / Payroll FR / Payroll PY-FR
- Fluency in French and English
- SAP HCM Experience in PA / OM is a plus
- SAP HCM Experience in ABAP is an extra very valuable
- Ability to manage highly confidential materials and issues effectively
- Detailed knowledge of SAP, advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Access, Word), and reporting tools
- Bachelor or Master degree with a Technical emphasis, or equivalent
- Must possess a high degree of strategic and analytical planning skills
- Must be willing to travel as required
Main Responsibilities for the SAP Payroll consultant – French Payroll:
- Design and deliver high quality solutions through payroll system configuration that meets overall business requirements
- Hands on experience on French Payroll – Schemas, DSN, sickness process, PCRs, wage type creation, basic pay configuration, etc.
- Act as POC for one or several French Payroll accounts, doing coordination tasks and providing technical and expert support to other consultants in the Team
- Act as the HR Services lead for SAP Payroll Management development, defect identification, and defect resolution
- Analysis of payroll / time schemas to identify root cause and solution of pay & time discrepancies
- Resolve complex defects related to Overtime, social security calculation, legal reporting (DSN), allowances, sickness, taxes, posting, payslips and others specific French payroll configurations
- Participates in SAP HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery of HR Services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner
