Marketing Manager SaaS Software required with proven B2B marketing for SaaS or Enterprise software, ideally in the HCM, HR Tech or Employee Benefits / Flexible Benefits Technology, combined with skills in marketing automation, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce, to work for an international fast-growing scale-up SaaS software company in London with around 600 employees and 2 million SaaS users and an award-winning culture.

Salary £43-53k + Benefits include 30 days of holiday plus Bank holidays, healthcare, and a generous pension.

The Marketing Manager SaaS Software role is a hybrid role and will be office based circa two days per week from the City of London-based office and part of a small international team.

Key Skills required for the Marketing Manager SaaS Software would include.

  • Proven skills in marketing for B2B SaaS software or Enterprise Software
  • Experience in HR Tech, HCM, Total Reward, Employee Benefits or Payroll SaaS Software would be an advantage  
  • Proven skills in marketing strategy and ideally working across international or global markets.
  • Experience in customer engagement techniques to support software sales teams to meet their commercial targets.
  • Experience in CRM systems ideally HubSpot or Salesforce and automated marketing email campaigns and producing marketing content.
  • Be Creative and proactive to employ effective strategies to build brand awareness to increase lead generation.
  • Strong experience in turning data into insights.
  • Experience staying on top of global trends and industry insights to produce content for the target audience.
  • Ideally, someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment such as a scale-up where everything is not defined.
  • Strong verbal and written English to create and deliver campaigns.
