The Marketing Manager SaaS Software role is a hybrid role and will be office based circa two days per week from the City of London-based office and part of a small international team.
Key Skills required for the Marketing Manager SaaS Software would include.
- Proven skills in marketing for B2B SaaS software or Enterprise Software
- Experience in HR Tech, HCM, Total Reward, Employee Benefits or Payroll SaaS Software would be an advantage
- Proven skills in marketing strategy and ideally working across international or global markets.
- Experience in customer engagement techniques to support software sales teams to meet their commercial targets.
- Experience in CRM systems ideally HubSpot or Salesforce and automated marketing email campaigns and producing marketing content.
- Be Creative and proactive to employ effective strategies to build brand awareness to increase lead generation.
- Strong experience in turning data into insights.
- Experience staying on top of global trends and industry insights to produce content for the target audience.
- Ideally, someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment such as a scale-up where everything is not defined.
- Strong verbal and written English to create and deliver campaigns.
