Lead SuccessFactors Consultant with strong SAP SuccessFactors / SFSF Employee Central / SAP SuccessFactors EC, SuccessFactors Core HR with functional specification/requirements gathering/running workshops, solution design, and project delivery to lead the end-to-end implementation is required by world-leading HR technology consultancy and premier SAP SuccessFactors partner to join their fast-growing Successfactors practice supporting their Spanish customers. 

Salary Circa 55-60k Euros + Benefits 
This is a remote role based in Spain, or you can work hybrid from Madrid, Barcelona or Granada. 
Key skills required for the for SuccessFactors Consultant Employee Central would include the majority of

  • Sound skills in the implementation of SAP HR / SuccessFactors Employee Central / Success Factors EC / SAP HCM Products
  • Experience of SuccessFactors EC implementations with functional consultancy and configuration skills 
  • Desirable skills would include functional experience in supporting clients with SFSF / SAP integrations. 
  • Ideally, combined with modules such as SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics, Recruiting.  
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience in requirements capture/running workshops/business processes and contributing to the Solution Design to ensure the solution meets the client’s needs
  • Certifications in any other SuccessFactors modules will be an advantage.
  • Strong skills in Stakeholder management
  • Experience in virtual teams and remote working environments
  • Strong language skills in both Spanish and English
  • Customer-focused mindset to ensure they are satisfied.
  • The ability to evolve within a dynamic/challenging environment.

Key responsibilities for the SuccessFactors Consultant EC would include

  • Functional consulting role in gathering the requirements / functional specification, solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables for the SuccessFactors EC implementation and ensuring and guiding the project team to implement the solution to the appropriate standards.
  • Ensure the configuration, use and deployment of the Employee Central modules in the project are up to standard.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Employee Central to the technical and functional resources assigned to deliver the project.
  • Provide project deliverables and objectives to functional and technical resources assigned to the project.
  • Mentoring and coaching the delivery team to ensure the progress of the project
