The company are based in Southampton but is happy for people to work remotely within the South East or London and travel to the office one or two days per month and travel costs would be covered. Or prehaps you fancy living on the South Coast.
The Implementation Consultant will require skills in the majority of
- Software Implementation consultancy experience for international projects
- Sound Analysis/requirements capture/requirements specification / functional specification and Project Co-ordination / Project Management
- Proven experience in liaising with customers and being the interface between the customer and the technology teams
- Experience working within a fast-paced, client-centric role with competing demands
- Experience in SaaS or Enterprise software implementation such as HCM, HR Systems, Payroll, Employee engagement, customer success or ERP. Which could include systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, Darwin, SuccessFactors or complex Saas Software
- Ideal skills would include HR Tech, employee benefits tech, Flexible benefits experience, either working for a Benefits Tech company or Implementing international Benefits Tech OR HR systems within an global organisation
- Knowledge of Agile delivery would also be a benefit
- You will also enjoy problem-solving, coordinating and working in cross-functional project teams, taking initiative, and being a key interface with the customer
- Lead calls and build customer relationships / become a trusted advisor with clients for software implementation.
- Help the client realise the value/business impact of technology implementation.
- To be accountable for delivering to international clients and overseeing the design of the solution
- Undertake workshops for requirements specification/systems analysis and review requirement specifications with the clients and benefits providers to gather all the requirements.
- Track projects and proactively manage your own time, so project management skills are useful.
- Prepare customer documentation, reports and present to customers.
- Create and manage Jira tickets and take part in sprint planning
- Support the build and test process until the solution is fully rolled out.
- Thinking logically around end-to-end solution
- From time to time, help up skills others, liaise with product development
